So what are the rules to this challenge?:

Overall: 

  • Be 100% Respectful 

  • Encourage all to better themselves

  • Anyone can participate

  • Focus on bettering your team. 

    • (In turn you'll better yourself)​

Timeframe:

  • 28 Day Challenge (4 Weeks)​​

  • Week 1: Exercise for 10 Minutes

  • Week 2: Exercise for 15 Minutes

  • Week 3: Exercise for 20 Minutes

  • Week 4: Exercise for 25 Minutes

Points:

  • Total points allowed per person: 12

  • Point per workout: 1

  • Max points allowed per week: 3

​The focus is creating a habit of exercise.
